    We ingest your data

    I crawl your website, take in PDFs, documents, FAQs and internal notes. We generate embeddings and store them in pgvector. This becomes the knowledge base the agent answers from.

    Identity, tone, integrations

    Avatar and voice (custom or from the library), sales playbook, lead capture form, Cal.com event, embed allowlist. Three test iterations so the language and decision logic fit.

    Live launch on your site

    One iframe tag on your site, 5 minutes copy-paste. CORS allowlist, encrypted calls, ready for production. From day zero you track conversations and leads in the admin panel.

Common questions

Where does the agent answer from? Does it hallucinate?
Strictly from your knowledge base, meaning your crawled website, PDFs, documents and internal notes. If it doesn't know something, it says so and offers a booking or contact. The RAG pipeline filters which documents are relevant for a given question, and a guard layer blocks attempts to pull the agent out of role.
How realistic is the video avatar?
Built on HeyGen LiveAvatar, so lip movements, expression and intonation are nearly indistinguishable from a real person. You can use an avatar from the library, or we'll record your own (face and voice) as part of deployment.
How quick is the setup on our side?
Discovery (1 hour), then handover of sources (on you, usually a week), then deployment and iterations (2–3 weeks on our side). Once it's live, adding the agent to another domain is a single iframe tag.
What languages does it speak?
SK, EN and SV are out of the box. Auto-detection by URL or browser locale. Adding another language is configuration, not redeploy. Voice and video avatar have multilingual variants.
What about GDPR and personal data?
We host in European clouds (Supabase EU). Leads, feedback and incidents auto-delete after 90 days (configurable). RLS isolates data between clients. DPA is signed as standard. For sensitive data we can deploy a dedicated instance.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. On mobile it runs a voice-first layout in the full screen height. Video avatar, microphone and calendar are tuned for touch. Audio works even on weaker connections.
How many concurrent users can it handle?
The session queue is configurable, we limit concurrent HeyGen sessions per your plan. At peak the visitor sees an elegant "please wait a moment" state with an estimate instead of a crash or timeout.
What happens if we stop working together?
Everything we build belongs to you: code, documentation, access, your knowledge base. The application is built so any skilled developer can take it over. No vendor lock-in beyond the services you choose (HeyGen, ElevenLabs).
